Basketball Guard Position

What position in basketball is the most important?

I think it might be the point guard position because they assist the way and great 3 pt shooters and fast but Centers might be important too i mean they can block shyt and stuff

The piont guard is the most important position in the NBA. They set up good shots for many players. Some teams may not function well with bad piont guards or if a piont guard is playing bad. One great example is Chris Paul. He’s the best piont guard in the league. He does not really have that many good players on the team but there still in the playoffs. Tyson Chandler increased in ppg after coming to the Hornets. But Chris Pual’s not the only good piont guard. Theres also Deron Williams who carrys the Jazz to the playoffs. The piont guards have the hardest part. They make other players aroung them good.
