Aussie basketball fans: No Patrick Mills and Andrew Ogilvy what it takes to be a starter in the NBA?

Mock Draft suggests that these two boys have a potential first-round, however, I personally think that both are underestimated because they were not American school system? What do you think the project as the best worst scenarios / for both players. Mills I predict will be a top 10 guard in the NBA at the top, while Ogilvy will be rescue center for a strong team that can provide a good offense off the bench. Thoughts?
