What QWF & RPI means in terms of statistics of college basketball?

I am looking for statistics on aid from College Basketball and this site will QWF and RPI. For reference QWF Pitt gave a 4, Ucon 3 Memphis 46, Gonzaga 118. And things like RPI teams had 66.41, 63.78. Ideas?

Is RPI Ratings Percentage Index. It is used to rank the teams, and really comes into play when teams are selected for the NCAA tournament. Factor FQF earns quality. This is another ranking system, not used as widely as RPI. Once one comes into play when the tournament committee is to decide which teams to invite the NCAA tournament.
