Traing need to know what weight is good for me as a player 15 years of basketball?

I'm 15 and I'm 5'5 that the training I can do to increase my strength I lift weights and keep my grow?

I suggest squats and jumping rope with the weight of the leg (about 2 or 3 pounds). This way you can build strength in their legs to jump higher. Also, execution speed racing (if you're Hella then quickly forget this sentence). In weightlifting, you can do bench press (or even a push up, unless you put in your back UR), and weapons loop (and pull up bar in the chest). However, in basketball. most of their power is generated through your legs, then work on the exercises I've written before.
