Basketball Confused?!?

My coach and my team made a "Thanksgiving basketball training" road had been arrested during the week. But some things in the road do not understand! After that I do not know: "Figure 8" front to back Mikan Drill-Around World ball handling if you know how to play basketball and know all this please tell me how to make one.
