IB Sports Tips on time management?
I have just been accepted into the IB program, I now feel obliged to proceed with it, but my concern is that I manage. In my house we have five different seasons in volleyball, basketball, football, athletics and badminton. Each year, the sport has two tournaments, one local with a maximum of 7 attending schools and one international, where as we travel abroad for about 4 days, I attended all sports and the competition this year while attending the IB-Prep, and managed. I also attend MUN (Model United Nations), in which foreign travel for a week to discuss the problems world events and many other international schools worldwide. My concern is whether I should be able to manage and do well in the years of the IB. Thank you!
It's a hard lesson to learn what is important and what should be abandoned. I understand that you want to do this, but every word is exhausted and half-reward does not arise for or long-term management. Academics should be your main concern, not sport. Extracurricular and sports unless your goal is to become a professional in one of them is then you should consider cutting something. universities are not looking for students who are well rounded. However, grades, poor or mediocre and five sports are not as impressive as good scores and one or two sports. Before arriving in the IB program, think about the activities on the other, you may have. Many schools do not offer the IB program, so be ahead of many students when they finally go to college.
